Residents will have another opportunity to hear from the candidates for the City Council and the School Board tonight.

Onetime Congressional candidate Marcy Winograd will superintend the proceedings. The evening will begin with explanations of propositions and measures on the November ballot, after which the candidates will take part in round table discussions.
