Santa Monica poet and educator Paul Cummins reads from his second and newly published volume of poetry, “Under Cover,” at Beyond Baroque, Sunday, October 28, at 7:30 p.m.

A Question & Answer session will follow the reading.

In addition to being the lead founder of Crossroads and New Roads Schools as well as New Visions Foundation and launching a host of social justice initiatives, PAUL CUMMINS has published poems in journals including The New Republic, Poetry LA, Whole Notes, Wild Bamboo Press, Bad Haircut Quarterly, Wordwrights, Slant, and others.

His first collection of poetry, A Postcard From Bali was published in 2002 by Argonne Press. Under Cover, his second collection of poems, was published in 2012 by Finishing Line Press.
