Just in time for summer, the Santa Monica Pier Management Office has launched a new website: www.smgov.net/smpier.

It contains information on Pier history, events, activities, tenant leasing, available services, Pier Corporation Board meetings and agendas, capital improvement projects and opportunities to take part in the public process on the refitting of the historic landmark.

World-famous, the Santa Monica Pier offers a variety of entertainment and recreational activities, including the Pacific Park amusement park, Heal the Bay Aquarium, the Carousel, fishing, bike rentals and strolling; in addition to shops, street performers, a trapeze school, merchant carts, a vintage soda fountain, cafes and restaurants.
