But the Dispatch’s harbor correspondent Kathleen Masser reports that Joe Pipersky posted the following message on Facebook this morning.

“Sold Joe’s Diner today. Twenty-five years, one month and one day. Escrow closed at 11 a.m.. It was a good run.”
