Santa Monica Conservancy members have an exclusive invitation from the owners of the Little Yellow Cottage at 2219 Ocean Avenue to tour it  and  hear the dramatic story of its rescue and rehab.

On Sunday, November 15, from 3 – 5 pm, members and friends may not only see the house, but learn how the neighborhood coalition organized to save the cottage, and how owners John and Donna Heidt saved and restored this historic structure.

It’s been a long journey from a dilapidated turn-of-the-century cottage to its faithful restoration.

Refreshments served, and parking is available in adjacent beach lots.

Tickets for members are $25, the general public $30. Pay online now. . If space permits, tickets will be available at the door; please bring exact change or a check.
