The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is scheduled to hear the City of Santa Monica’s challenge to the FAA’s Interim Cease and Desist Order prohibiting the enforcement of the C and D jet ban at Santa Monica Airport on Wednesday, November 19 –

Arguments will be heard sometime between 8 and 11 AM. The hearing is open to the public.

If will be held in Courtroom 3, Federal Court of Appeals, 125 S. Grand Avenue in Pasadena.

Directions to the Courthouse: take the 10 freeway east to the 110. Go north on the 110 (the Harbor freeway) to the Pasadena Freeway. Take Exit 31A at Orange Grove Avenue. T-Turn left on Orange Grove Avenue, which becomes Orange Grove Blvd. (1.3 miles). Turn left onto Maylin Street. (0.1 miles)m then right onto Grand Avemue. And proceed to 125 S. Grand Avenue.
