“Emphasis Santa Monica,” an exhibit of the work of 49 Santa Monica artists, anging from John Baldessari to Frank Gehry, has opened at the Pete & Susan Barrett Art Gallery at Santa Monica College’s Performing Arts Center on Santa Monica Boulevard at 11th Street.
