A unique memorial service for Joe Natoli, who died suddenly of a heart attack ten days ago, will be held Tuesday, March 25.

As Natoli was best-known for his bi-weekly critiques of City policies and expenditures, the service will be held in City Hall lobby at 5 p.m.. preceding the City Council meeting, and then will move upstairs to the Council chambers, where participants will follow the usual procedure, submit chits and go to the podium one by one and speak about Natoli and/or the issues he most often spoke about.

According to Jerry Rubin, who has organized the memorial, Natoli’s trademark baseball cap and glasses will be placed on the podium during the tribute. .
